How do you fit a refrigerator in RAV4? Or an elliptical in an Eclipse? You don’t. This is why KSL Classifieds and PonyEx have teamed up. When you buy items in select categories, there is now an option for delivery in Utah.
PonyEx has a cavalry of drivers with vehicles capable of hauling items of all shapes and sizes. If needed, you can also get more muscle to help you load and unload.
*Pianos, pool tables, and other individual items over 300 pounds may need a week lead time and custom quote. Please email support@ponyex.com to arrange these deliveries.
How KSL Classifieds and PonyEx Delivery Works
Purchase
Complete your transaction with the seller. Decide on a convenient time for pickup and delivery.
Request delivery
Sign in to your PonyEx account or create a new account to request delivery. This can be done online or using the PonyEx app.
Schedule and pay
Enter your own information, the seller’s information, item size and description. Select the date and time you agreed upon for pickup and delivery. The total cost will then be calculated and you will be asked to enter your payment information.
Enter logistical information
Select the appropriate vehicle size and amount of labor needed (0-2 people, additional fees apply). We recommend you meet the driver at the seller’s location, but you also have the option to send the driver alone.
Relax
PonyEx sends tracking links to both the seller and the buyer when the driver is on the way to each location. The delivery can be tracked on the PonyEx app or website.
